The program builds on voluntariness (it is difficult to help someone that does not want to become helped or that does not want to see the problems). We work with reducing the level of call reluctance that prevents the persons potential. The objective is that the participant during the program increases his/her contact frequency with an increased sale as one effect. A more proactive leadership and increased networking skills to be more proactive in the leadership are nurtured as well. We also teach them the practices how they themselves can cure other reluctance types in the future.  Some people may have a set back and may need to cure themselves over time.

Personal Best™ is tailor-made for people that does not have access to open or company internal workshops and that prefers personal contact with one coach that focus on a desired professional action program. And that is very motivated to do positive changes in his/her behavior. Personal Best™ covers individual coaching distributed on 12 meetings online during 6-12 weeks with one contact per week or one per month depending on the situation and length of the selling cycle.  You choose alone the time and place that fits the best for you. Your coach gives you personal help and advice during the program and most of the work you actually need to do for yourself. At the end of the program, your success is measured in measurable increases observed in productive contact behavior and number of orders.
