I am passionate about inspiring, motivating and empowering people to do better.

My training and experience is in the biomedical (veterinary), social sciences and business. I have a comprehensive understanding of the interrelationships between behaviours at all levels and their impact on a project/organisation’s performance metrics (both long and short term). I am able to deliver inspirational training, coaching and facilitation. Over the last 30 plus years I have been able to benefit teams where performance is required through team engagement and alignment around the execution and delivery of strategic goals.
