Sales Excellence As a Practice – Webinar

Prior to our next Master in Sales Excellence workshop, we are running a webinar where we gonna talk about the best practices to establish and maintain sales at the highest level.

The webinar is scheduled on the 9th October at 9am (CET). Follow the link to register.

What all the research shows is that those who sell more than those who sell less in each company are mainly due to differences in activity.

Background

When I googled the cost of recruiting salespeople, most of the figures were between SEK 500,000 to SEK 750,000 Statistics show that only 45% of large companies and 52% of small businesses are successful recruits, says a Google recruitment firm. One of the big reasons behind these numbers is that it is taken for granted that a salesperson will have the required activity. Instead, you worry about the personality and measure it instead of measuring whether the ability to be active is in the applicant person. The same applies to the development of sellers. When they do not perform, it is believed to be due to lack of skills, so we provide even more sales training. In most cases, this does not work, since in most cases it is due to a lack of activity.

Then there is simple mathematics to relate to 0 x 100 = 0, ie productivity x with quality = efficiency. If you spend all the money on quality, the output power will be 0 so what do you expect.

What the webinar will give you?

This webinar is about how do you create, maintain a high level of activity. How do you keep negative variables away that lower activity and how do you help those who currently have too low activity. Is it possible and is it profitable? How do you avoid hiring those who will have too little activity.

If you want to master this, we have a training between 14th and 17th November in Sigtuna, Sweden with a limited number of places.
