The purpose of this study is to examine the Telephobia Sales Call Reluctance profiles of telemarketing representatives who remained actively employed with the profiles of those who resigned.  This study will also examine the utility of Telephobia Salse Call Reluctance scores in predicting active versus resigned telemarketing representatives.
